Note:
- * To avail the Student registration fee of 2000 (for Indian Students), Students should attach an letter of recommendation from his/her research advisor or head of department during registration process. The letter of recommendation will be subjected to verification by the organising committee
- The Registration includes access to all sessions, refreshments , lunch on all conference days, one conference dinner , one day excursion trip
- The registration will only be confirmed after the payment is validated. The details regarding the payment for the conference will be sent to your respective emails after registration.
Note regarding payment:
- We have closed the registration and payment for IGCM-2023.Kindly do not make the payment for participation/paper-poster submission without getting permission from the organizers through email at igcm@iisc.ac.in
- Foreign participants who are travelling from abroad are requested to only fill the accomodation form sent on email and not make the payment as of now
- The time duration for stay is fixed for the conference (5 days).
- Any participants willing to take the additional or reduced accomodation may avail the same after reaching the campus for conference. In that case, they dont have to pay for the accomodation now. However the rooms are subjected to availability during that time and we cannot guarentee accomodation will be available.
- Jawahar guest house has two sharing rooms, however The accomodation is charged per head only.
