Compilation using make

to compile using ``make'', first configure/update the main and example file as described in Section . After that

• Open a terminal window and change directory (cd) to ParMooN folder, then type
  :$\sim >$ make 2D IN=2DPrograms/CD2D_ParMooN                                                         
                  OUT=OutPut/cd2d/parmoon_SEQUENTIAL.exe
  
  Note that the main file should be included without the extension (.C). The above command compiles CD2D_ParMooN.C from ``2DPrograms''. The executable file named parmoon_SEQUENTIAL.exe will be created in the folder ParMooN/OutPut/cd2d/
